Important debate about the games
A special meeting on the European Games took place in Kraków on Thursday, January 19. Members of the Organising Committee talked with representatives of the various sports associations.
The topic of creating the upcoming event is important, but the most important thing at the Games is sports. And this was discussed at Thursday’s meeting.
The Organising Committee of the European Games invited to Kraków the representatives of Polish sports associations of all disciplines included in the programme of the Games. It was a good moment to talk about mutual expectations and dispel all possible doubts.

Among the Organising Committee’s members, who took part in the meeting were: Marcin Nowak, President of the European Games 2023 Ltd., Janusz Kozioł, Vice President, Krzysztof Augustyn, Head of Sports Department of the Games, and Dawid Gleń, Head of Media and Press Officer for the event.
After the meeting, the participants answered questions from journalists.
